Specialist Areas

I specialise in working with individuals with a diagnosis of Autism and their families. I also have a specialism in gender and identity.

Therapeutic Model

I often work flexibly and use a therapeutic model which fits for the client. I regularly use Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focussed Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I like to work in a way which helps individuals develop self-compassion and also provide tools and strategies which will help instil confidence.

In My Own Words

I feel privileged to work with clients who have shared with me their experiences. I am often in awe of the resilience and strength clients show and enjoy having a job which helps others recognise their strengths.
